At VerbalVelvet, every piece of apparel is custom-made specifically for you the moment you place an order. Because we utilize a sustainable Print-on-Demand process to reduce waste, we have a specific set of guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, with a printing error, or is the wrong item entirely, we’ve got you covered!

  • Report Window: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.

     with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

2. Size and Color Exchanges

Because each item is printed on-demand based on your specific choice of size and color, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind.

  • Pro-Tip: Please refer carefully to our Size Chart on each product page before ordering to ensure a perfect fit.

3. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

We ship globally to provide you with unique designs no matter where you are.

  • Production Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to print and quality-check your item.

  • Estimated Delivery:

    • United States: 5–10 business days.

    • Netherlands/Europe: 4–9 business days.

    • Philippines: 7–15 business days.

  • Please note: These are estimates. Total time from click to doorstep is usually 7–14 business days.

4. Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the local carrier first. If the package is officially declared lost in transit by the carrier, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will look into a replacement for you.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved (in cases where a replacement is not possible):

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 working days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider (PayPal/PayU).
